New Paltz Athletics

NEW PALTZ, NY- The New Paltz men's volleyball team continues their success on the court with individuals ranking among the best in the nation.  The Hawks as a team currently rank third in the nation with 13.61 assists per game and sixth in kills per game with 14.73. 

Sophomore middle hitter Kevin Stross currently is ranked first in the nation in hitting percentage with a .459 mark and junior setter Andrew Cassius is fourth with 12.55 assists per game.  Senior outside hitter Jake Moore is third with 0.68 aces per game and is eighth in kills per game with 4.18.

The Hawks return to action tomorrow against nationally ranked #4 Baruch at 7 p.m. on the campus of Baruch College.
